This is important because it allows us to:
- Provide the public with clear, relevant and helpful messages.
- Create cohesion in the messages being developed internally, across the Civil Service to retain focus on Government's priorities.
Actions
4.1a Develop and implement a Communications Strategy which consistently promotes the Government’s policy priorities across internal and external audiences.
4.1b Develop and deliver communication cascades to ensure key messages permeate the Civil Service, enabling more informed service delivery.
4.1c Improve our crisis management communication capabilities to improve our ability to respond to threats to the Cayman Islands and its people.
4.1d Facilitate communication which embeds the Vision to be a World-Class Civil Service, changing the culture and supporting the change management process.
